​In the words of the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, the only constant in life is change. Times of great change can be very uncomfortable but in these massive transformations we are offered the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to shed whatever is not working and build anew.

 

I feel the year 2020 will go down in the history books as a year of radical change. Of great challenges, no doubt: turmoil and sadness, anger and upheaval. But hopefully also a great awakening- a metamorphosis- and a shift towards a brighter horizon for the earth and for its citizens.
