Lost Now, Past Treasured

Print on paper
29cm x 76cm

Far from the moderating effects of the ocean, life in the red heart of Australia can be hard. The heat is relentless, the land challenging to work. It is not uncommon to see abandoned cattle stations across the Kimberley.

Rather than see these ruins as vestiges of defeat, I am instead reminded of the boundless courage, sweat, and determination previous generations have invested in this beautiful, harsh land.
